At Format One, we work with startup founders to help move the needle on the hard things.

Operating Philosophy

Electrons, protons, and neutrons aren't visible to the human eye. However, fire them through the Earth’s magnetosphere, and you illuminate our night sky with lights of varying color, complexity, and beauty. Human potential is much the same. Given the right operating conditions and direction, we all have a unique spectrum of contributions that can be expressed commercially and shared at scale, contributing to a great cause that improves the experience of being human.

Though we all know we are unique, not all of us experience our internal essence being properly expressed, valued, and shared.
